EatPrepLift was created from years of professional kitchen experience and a deep passion for fitness. Our founder spent years in professional kitchens while training as an athlete.
EatPrepLift was born from the belief that people don’t only need good food, they need a complete system that supports growth inside and outside the gym. We combine expert training with clean, handcrafted meals to make transformation simple and sustainable.

Get To Know Aaron Cousineau
With over 16 years of professional cooking experience, from working under world-renowned celebrity chefs on the Las Vegas Strip to cooking aboard superyachts around the world. I've built my career around passion, discipline, and exceptional care. Over the last few years, that same dedication has shifted into fitness, where the gym became my second home and a new purpose took shape.
Now, through Eat Prep Lift, my goal is to guide, motivate, and support others in building a healthier, more active lifestyle - one meal, one workout, and one choice at a time.
